In consideration for purchasing a booth in the 2019 Hubbard Cincinnati, LLC’s (hereinafter, the “Station”) Mega Mommy Sale (hereinafter, “Sale”) you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

You understand that you will need to be set-up and ready to sell by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019. If you are not set up by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019 you will NOT be able to do so and NO REFUND will be given.

 

You shall indemnify, defend and hold Hubbard Radio Cincinnati, LLC, and its stations WUBE, WYGY, WKRQ and WREQ, including its parent and subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, employees, directors and agents harmless from and against any and all liability and third party claims that may arise in connection with the sale of any items provided by you, sold to a consumer during the Sale, or for your breach of any representation or warranty made by you under these Terms and Conditions.

 

You represent, warrant and agree that you will not offer any of the following items for sale or otherwise during the Sale: (i) water, soda or any other beverage of any kind; (ii) food, including any food for pets or animal; (iii) firearms, knives, ammunition or any sort of weapon of any kind including paintball guns; fireworks; (iv) any car seat that has been in an automobile  accident; and (v) any drop-down sided crib; or (vi) any other item Station may deem to be inappropriate for sale during the Sale, at Station’s sole discretion.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you further represent, warrant and agree that you will sell ONLY unused baby/children items. Any other item Station may deem to be inappropriate for sale during the Sale, at Station’s sole discretion will be prohibited. If you are seen selling any of these items, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. You are solely responsible for any and all permits, taxes, licenses, or other fees or costs that may be required for you to conduct the sale of goods and/or services during the Sale, and that your participation in the Sale (and all activities therein) is compliant with all state, federal, local and municipal laws and regulations.

 

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and have the full right an authority to participate in the Sale and sell the items offered for sale to the public in the Sale.

 

You understand all vendor sales are final and no refunds will be offered for any reason.

 

You understand that you will receive four (4) worker passes for each vendor space that you purchase.
